Pile load testing is done to verify the actual capacity of an installed piling.  The process essentially assesses both the total load capacity and the deflection potential under actual loading conditions.   Pile load tests should always be performed with testing equipment designed and installed by professionals experienced with geo-structural construction.  

Dynamic pile testing offers a cost-effective alternative for predicting capacities of deep foundation piles  In essence, energy waves that drive down a pile are monitored by specialty equipment.  The reaction of these energy waves and the subsequent analysis can effectively predict an actual pile capacity with a high level of confidence.  

Dynamic pile testing generally involves the following techniques:

• Wave Equation Analysis
• High Strain Dynamic Testing
• Low Strain Dynamic Testing
