Poor water management can be destructive to your property if not properly maintained.

Water management issues affect all building owners and operators, including both homeowners and government facilities as well. If not propertly managed, storm water can infiltrate a building and cause both cosmetic and structural damage alike.

Waterproofing is a commonly misused term within the residential market. We strongly believe that "waterproofing" can only be achieved via proper "water management". In some cases, proper water management requires significant engineering and planning to be done properly.

Great damage can occur from seemingly harmless things, such as removal of roof gutters and/pr re-grading of landscaped areas. Sometimes nearby sites with improperly paved parking lots can change surface runoff patterns and impact surrounding properties.
